Thank-you for asking Ruben to come by and fix the seam in the counter top. Just as before, he did an excellent job. I am grateful to ICON for fixing that for us.
Ever since we redid the kitchen and had the counter top put in, it has been the feature of our kitchen. I get countless compliments on it and everyone wants to know what type of surface it is and where did we get it from. I have never had any hesitation in letting our friends know and will be sure to continue to recommend ICON for their product and their service.

I wanted to pass complements and thanks on to you, your colleagues & ICON for the customer service thus far. Please advance this note to management / owners as I’d like them to receive the feedback directly:
1. You provided excellent service on my initial visit – recommendations & setting me up with samples. You also were very helpful in viewing the slab that was brought in from the yard in my absence, characterizing the colours and confirming it to be worth my while to come back.
2. Gwen made time to show me a slab in the back on an impromptu basis one day when I popped in without an appointment – the storefront and shop were both very busy, but I was accommodated.
3. Dan’s suggestions yesterday were extremely helpful. As you know, I am replacing granite on my kitchen island – this product is 3/4” thick & will remain on the countertops in that room. The original install used a stacking on the perimeter to provide a 1.5” finished edge. With the change in standard to 1.25” thickness, my island would now have been slightly lighter than the rest of the room (undesired), and stacking two had disadvantages too. Dan provided excellent service and suggestions and came up with them miter edge solution and profile which I will provide a finish/look even better than I’d hoped for.

The vanity looks great, however there is a long way to go before the room is finished. Once everything is in place I think that the vanity will really set off the rest of the space.
